Our program is committed to recruiting, selecting, training and promoting a diverse community of scholars within a culture of inclusion and acceptance.  We strongly believe that our diversity reflects the different communities that we serve and for the program to be effective, incoming residents must also reflect this diversity.  Our commitment  to fostering a diverse and inclusive training environment is reflected in the diversity of our faculty members, advanced care practitioners and members of our department.  Mentors also provide guidance throughout the course of training which will helps to promote the atmosphere of inclusivity.
